We read your account the way a plumber reads a meter: what's running, what's wasted, and what we'd shut off first. You get the findings in writing, whether or not you ever hire us. No account yet? We map where paid search fits instead.
Book a consultationWhat we actually look for
Not a score out of 100. Eight specific places money escapes an account, each one checkable by anyone with access:
- 01Search terms, read by cost
- What people actually typed, not what you bid on. Sorted by spend, because the expensive irrelevant terms are the ones worth finding.
- 02Match types and where they drift
- Broad match earns its budget in some accounts and quietly bleeds it in others. We show you which one yours is.
- 03Negative keyword gaps
- The shut-off valve. Usually either empty or written once at setup and never touched since.
- 04Conversion tracking integrity
- Whether a real human enquiry is required for a conversion to fire — and whether phone calls are counted at all.
- 05Budget split against value
- Everything in a campaign competes for one pot, so the highest-volume service eats it. Rarely the one worth the most.
- 06Ad-to-page alignment
- You pay for the click either way. We click your own top ads on a phone and tell you what we found.
- 07Location, schedule and devices
- Radius drawn around where you'll actually travel, hours matched to when somebody answers, and where device performance splits.
- 08Settings that quietly cost money
- Including whether your search campaigns were opted into the Display Network — one checkbox, on by default in some setups.
How it works
- 01
You send two fields
Business name and an email address. That is the whole ask. No card, no call, no questionnaire.
- 02
We read the account
If you run Google Ads, we ask for view access — granted from inside your own account, revocable any time, and we never ask for your password. If you don't run ads yet, we map where paid search would fit instead.
- 03
You get the findings in writing
Within 48 hours, by email, along with your brand kit and landing page. Yours to keep and to act on, with us or without us.
Also free, in the same 48 hours
- Brand kit
- Logo concepts, a colour palette, typefaces, and a one-page brand direction you can hand to anyone who touches your marketing.
- Landing page
- A fast, mobile-ready page built around that brand — written to turn a paid click into an enquiry rather than a bounce.
Who this is for
A good fit
- Local service businesses in the US or UK — plumbing, HVAC, roofing, dental, med spas, legal.
- Already spending on Google Search Ads, or about to start.
- Somebody answers the phone during the hours you advertise.
Not a fit
- Nobody is searching for what you sell in your area — no account work creates demand that isn't there.
- You want a guaranteed number before anyone has looked at the account.
- You need someone to answer the leads for you. We find them; you close them.
Questions
- What does the free Google Ads audit include?
- We read your Google Ads account and write up what we find: where spend is going to searches that were never going to convert, whether your conversion tracking counts real enquiries, how your campaigns and budgets are structured, gaps in your negative keywords, and whether your ads and landing pages answer the searches they are paying for. You get it in writing within 48 hours.
- Why is it free? What is the catch?
- There is no catch, and the reason is straightforward: it is the fastest way to show you the work. Some people who like what we send ask us to run their Google Ads afterwards, and that is how the business makes money. If you take the audit and never speak to us again, that is a completely acceptable outcome.
- Do I have to get on a sales call to receive it?
- No. You give us your business name and an email address, and the audit arrives by email. There is no call required at any point to receive what was promised.
- What do you need from me to start?
- Two things to begin: your business name and an email address. To read an existing Google Ads account we will then need view access to it, which you grant from inside your own account and can revoke at any time. We never ask for your password.
- What if I do not run Google Ads yet?
- Then there is no account to audit, and instead we map where paid search would fit for your business — which services have search demand in your area, what the realistic intent looks like, and whether paid search is worth doing at all. You still get the brand kit and the landing page.
- What else do I get besides the audit?
- A brand kit and a landing page, both free and both yours to keep. The brand kit is logo concepts, a colour palette, typefaces and a one-page brand direction. The landing page is a fast, mobile-ready page built around that brand.
- How long does it take?
- 48 hours from when you send the form. If we need account access to complete the audit, the clock starts when that access arrives.
- Who is this for?
- Local service businesses in the US and UK — plumbing, HVAC, roofing, dental practices, med spas, legal services and similar trades — that are already running Google Search Ads or are about to start.
- What does ongoing management cost?
- It is a setup fee plus a monthly management fee, priced against the size of your account rather than a fixed package, so the number comes after we have looked at it together. Your Google Ads spend is paid directly to Google and is separate from our fee.
- Do you guarantee results?
- No. Anyone quoting you a specific performance number before looking at your account is guessing. What we commit to is the work described here and a straight read of what we find.
